Alzheimer’s Disease and Down Syndrome – What parents and caregivers should know


On Thursday, June 25, 2015, from 12pm to 4pm, the Global Down Syndrome Foundation will be hosting the Research & Medical Care Roundtable with a focus on Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s disease.

Co-organized with the National Down Syndrome Congress at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix as part of the NDSC Annual Convention, this Roundtable will feature renowned scientists and medical professionals. Topics will include a review of promising research including clinical trials, when a child or adult with Down syndrome should get tested, standards of medical care, and advocacy & support.
